Colonel (res.) Shay Dagan retired from the IDF after 28 years of service. Dagan Specializes in converting intelligence and operational information into recommendations for action. He also has an extensive experience in guiding and consulting senior executives, analyzing data, providing recommendations on procedures and making operational decisions.

Dagan was involved in the establishment of a few action centers and specializes in writing requirements documents, procedures as well as setting annual audit objectives, labeling audit centers, leading audits and issuing summary control documents.
